1When will I receive my order?
We typically ship our orders in 2-4 working days (working days do NOT include weekends and public holidays). You will receive the order tracking link on WhatsApp and email.
2Can I change my shipping address subsequently?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your shipping address once the order is booked for dispatch. Kindly contact us on WhatsApp to check if we can change the address. If it is possible, we would definitely help you change the address.
3Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it is packed and shipped.

If the order has not been shipped, you can contact us on WhatsApp and place a request. Cancellation charges of Rs. 100 would be deducted and the remaining amount would be credited back to you. We deduct this amount as we have to pay the payment gateway and e-commerce platform a % of the transaction even if the order gets cancelled.

5Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Net banking, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. We do not accept Cash on delivery (COD).
6Why is the colour of the product received different from that on the website?

Actual Product colour varies from the digital images shown on website due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

7What if the color received is wrong?
In that case, you can ship the unused piece back to us and we will send the new one.
8Do you offer return pick-up for exchanges?

We do offer return pick-up for most locations (unless it is non-serviceable for our logistics partners) at an additional cost of ₹110. Also, return pickups typically take 10-15 days to reach us. We can process the exchange after we have received the return shipment.

Alternatively, you can ship your package to us. It typically takes less time than 10-15 days.

9Why do I have to pay extra for shipping the item back to you?
We do not include the return shipping charges in our product charges. Hence, we charge for the return shipping.
10Why do you not accept returns?
We are very confident about our products. Hence, we do not take returns (hence, no refund).
